My approach to baby sleep

I believe that successful sleep training begins with a family who is ready for change. It’s not about perfection, but about progress—a journey where we celebrate every small step toward better sleep.

 

My approach focuses on empowering you with knowledge and understanding. By learning how baby sleep works, you’ll gain the tools to support your little one not just during our time together, but well into the future. Together, we’ll explore your baby’s unique needs, building a gentle and tailored plan that respects their developmental stages and provides them with the best chance for restful sleep.

 

This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating a sustainable foundation for better sleep habits that will benefit your entire family. Rest assured, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Introduction call: This is our chance to meet and discuss the challenges you are facing and what you would like to achieve with my support.

Sleep diary: I will send you a sleep diary to fill in for 3-4 days to paint a picture of what your current days are like.

Consultation call: we will discuss your sleep diary and I will outline what is working well and what needs changing. This usually lasts around 1 hour.

Sleep plan: you will receive a full sleep plan with a summary of what we discussed in our consultation call. The plan will be tailored to your baby and your sleep goals. You can expect to have a full guide to follow and refer to.

Support period: you will have full support from me fror the 3 weeks following our consultation call. I will always follow-up after your first night and I will then leave it to you to reach out when and if you have any questions or need help.

Success story: you will have achieved your sleep goals and gained the necessary knowledge to face future sleep challenges.
